FAQ

Good to know.

The short answers to what people ask us first.

What is Perma Locum?
A curated art rental and lease-to-own program. We place original work from our artist roster in homes, offices and hospitality spaces, and handle delivery, installation and care along the way.
Who is it for?
Private collectors and homeowners, offices, hotels and restaurants, developers and real estate agents. If you have a space and want original art in it, we'd like to hear from you.
What kind of work can I choose from?
Original work by artists on our curated roster, including paintings, photography and works on paper. Rather than sending you through a catalogue, we put together a shortlist for your space, your taste and your timing.
Can I rent first and buy later?
Yes. You can live with a piece first, and if you fall for it, part of what you've paid counts toward owning it. We'll walk you through the terms when we talk.
What happens after I get in touch?
We start with a conversation about your space, then send a tailored proposal. Once you choose, we install the work and look after it. Later you can rotate it, renew, or make it yours.
How do I reach you?
Use the form below or write to hello@permalocum.com. Artists can reach us at roster@permalocum.com.
